Feldenkrais is a subtle yet powerful through-the-body movement approach that can improve everyday function. Workshops can improve posture, balance and coordination, breathing, and increase vitality. Everybody could with some of that!
Group workshops or classes, known as Awareness Through Movement, take place in groups with the Practitioner taking students verbally through a series of slow, gentle sequence of movements, bringing your awareness to your internal sensations to create new movement possibilities.
